PUMPKIN JACK’S RANCH 2026–2027 SEASON ADMISSION

Enjoy a season of family fun at Pumpkin Jack’s Ranch! Admission includes access to our giant bounce houses, corn maze, farm animals, seasonal displays, photo opportunities and other general ranch activities.

Apple cannon shots, pumpkins, animal feed, food, drinks, merchandise and specially priced activities are sold separately.

NO DATE RESERVATION REQUIRED

Your ticket provides one admission on any regular operating day during our 2026–2027 season. Tickets remain valid through our final open day in January 2027 and may be scanned only once.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Socks are required for bounce-house participants.

• Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended.

• Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult.

• Outside food, snacks and nonalcoholic beverages are welcome.

• Attractions are subject to availability and may change due to weather, maintenance, safety considerations or seasonal transitions.

REFUND AND WEATHER POLICY

All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.

Tickets are not reserved for a particular date. If your plans change or weather affects your intended visit, your unused ticket may be used on another regular operating day during Pumpkin Jack’s Ranch’s 2026–2027 season.

Pumpkin Jack’s Ranch is primarily an outdoor experience. Operating hours and attraction availability may change because of rain, wind, excessive heat, maintenance, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control. Temporary attraction closures, wait times or changes in attraction availability do not qualify for refunds.

If Pumpkin Jack’s Ranch closes for the entire day, unused tickets will remain valid for another regular operating day through our final open day in January 2027.

Each ticket provides one admission, may be scanned only once and expires at the end of the 2026–2027 season. Lost, duplicated, expired or previously scanned tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.

Pumpkin Jack’s Ranch respects your privacy. When you purchase tickets, contact us or interact with our website, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, order details and communications with us.

We use this information to process ticket purchases, deliver tickets and receipts, provide customer service, communicate important event or operational updates, prevent fraud and maintain our business records.

Ticket purchases and payments may be processed by third-party providers, including TicketSocket and our payment processor. These providers may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and service terms. Pumpkin Jack’s Ranch does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.

We may also use service providers that help operate our website, ticketing system, payment processing and customer communications. We do not sell customers’ personal information.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, legal, accounting and security purposes. You may contact us to request access to or correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
