SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Pumpkin Jack's Ranch through our website at https://pumpkinjacksranch.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Visitors acknowledge that Pumpkin Jack's Ranch located at 5375 Monterey Road Paso Robles CA 93446 is an active seasonal agricultural property. Visiting an outdoor farm involves inherent physical conditions, including:
- Natural, uneven outdoor dirt, loose soil, mud, and agricultural pumpkin vines.
- Central Coast weather conditions, including direct sun exposure, bright light, and afternoon heat.
- Natural behaviors of live farm animals (such as sudden movements or stepping).
- Active outdoor play features including corn mazes, hay forts, and inflatable bounce houses.
Assumption of Risk: By entering Pumpkin Jack's Ranch, you voluntarily assume all risks inherent to outdoor agricultural activities and physical farm entertainment.
